The past month has flown by and due to Wil putting photos and updates on facebook I've neglected my blogging duties. We are now getting back into our regular routine (just before we prepare for our deployment routine) so hopefully I'll get caught back up soon.
My current project is finishing Abigail's baby book. Some of you may remember that it was my goal to finish it over Wil's first deployment. Obviously that didn't happen. I did achieve my goal of running a half marathon on the last deployment so I guess I'm batting .500. I had ordered all the pictures for it then so I have all the materials. And now that we have a guest room again I've set up a table in there that I can just leave my scrapbooking supplies out on and not have to worry about kids getting into them or spend half an hour setting up every time I want to do something. I've been able to get some work done on it every day this week.
Now on to catching up -
Right after Wil got back from EMV the babysitters, uh I mean, his parents arrived and he and I took off for a romantic getaway at Turtle Bay. It was HEAVENLY. We slept in, drank coffee on the balcony, had a couples massage in the oceanside cabana, watched the sunset over the beach on a horseback ride and just enjoyed being Wil and Krista again instead of Mommy and Daddy.
Next up - Grammy and Poppy's visit.
