Sigh

It took two hours to get Abigail to go down for her nap today. She did finally go to sleep fortunately unlike some other days.

The good news is we have been given a window of dates for Wil's homecoming. (Obviously because of OPSEC I can't tell you all what that window is so please don't ask.) We're almost done!

4th of July, finally

A bunch of us met up for the 4th of July parade down in Kailua. It was very hot even though we were able to find some shade. Abigail did pretty well for her first parade although she did keep trying to take a balloon away from one of the other kids. But she only tried to go out into the street once at the very end when the fire trucks were going by. She was very upset when I wouldn't let her ride on them.
