Little Houdini

Today when Abigail was supposed to be napping she somehow managed to get inside her closet, despite the childproofing locks at the top of the bi-fold doors, somehow close the doors and then get the locks back in place on the doors so that she couldn't get out.

(I guess that would kind of be the opposite of Houdini)

Ethan's Dr's Appointment

Ethan had his two week visit last week and everything looks great. He's already up to 9 lbs 1 oz and 21 inches. Abigail apparently didn't have a two week visit so I don't have any numbers to compare that to but he seems to be growing very fast. We were able to clear up the mystery of the multivitamins, they were prescribed for Vitamin D not Iron. The doctor who told us they were for iron (which they don't contain) apparently didn't know what she was talking about. Also we were able to get him seen by, from what I've heard, a very good pediatrician over here on K-bay instead of being seen in family practice like Abigail is. He's still waking up just a couple of times the majority of nights and for the most part we are adjusting pretty well to having two kids. The biggest change is just remembering what it's like to deal with a newborn again, how many diapers they go through, the "clean canvas" phenomenon, having to carry around a car seat, etc.
